The Effect of Product Quality, Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Loki Store

Abstract: The retail industry is still popular in Indonesia. Overall, retail sales growth has decreased. However, the clothing industry has increased. The growth in the clothing sub-group retail industry provides opportunities for companies. One of them is the Loki store.
