M-learning module is a mobile module suitable for being used as a learning aid in the Era of the Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0), where it can be accessed anytime and anywhere. M-learning module on Fashion Design topic in the subject of Design and Technology (RBT) form one has been developed and named the Modul Sequin, which provides knowledge of theory and skills in fashion design. This study aims to evaluate the multimedia elements in the Modul Sequin based on the perspective of teachers who teach the subject of RBT form one. In this study, 40 RBT teachers in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (WPKL) were involved, and respondents were randomly selected. Data collection was done online using a questionnaire in Google Form and analysed descriptively. The analysis results found that all items in the multimedia construct, such as text elements, graphic images, video, audio, and animation, are at a high level. The mean value indicates that the teacher believes that the multimedia elements found in the Modul Sequin are very appropriate, cheerful, fun, and interesting for the students to learn the topic of Fashion Design. Besides, the teachers also think that the presentation that uses this multimedia element facilitates the delivery of knowledge and improves students’ understanding. Overall, the module's content in terms of colour, background, and a combination of text, graphic images, video, audio, and animation gives students excitement to use the module. The implication of this study is that more multimedia-oriented modules need to be developed to facilitate the learning of a subject.

Bahan bantu mengajar boleh didatangkan dalam bentuk modul m-pembelajaran bagi memudahkan proses pembelajaran dan pemudahcara berlaku tanpa mengira masa dan tempat. Modul m-pembelajaran Topik Reka Bentuk Fesyen Mata Pelajaran Reka Bentuk dan Teknologi (RBT) Tingkatan Satu dibangunkan dan diberi nama Modul Sequin di mana ia menyediakan pengetahuan tentang teori dan kemahiran dalam mereka bentuk fesyen. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kebolehgunaan Modul Sequin dalam elemen multimedia berdasarkan persepsi dalam kalangan guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran RBT tingkatan satu. Penilaian dijalankan oleh 236 orang guru RBT Tingkatan 1 di Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. Borang soal selidik merupakan instrument yang digunakan di dalam kajian ini dan ia mendapat kebolehpercayaan yang sangat baik mengikut nilai Apha Cronbach. Data yang diperolehi dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis mendapati bahawa kesemua item di dalam konstruk multimedia seperti elemen teks, imej grafik, video, audio dan animasi berada pada tahap sangat setuju. Nilai min menunjukkan guru-guru berpandangan bahawa unsur multimedia yang terdapat di dalam Modul Sequin adalah releven, interaktif, menyeronokkan dan menarik perhatian murid untuk belajar topik Reka Bentuk Fesyen. Selain itu guru-guru turut berpendapat bahawa penggunaan elemen multimedia ini memudahkan penyampaian malumat sekaligus meningkatkan kefahaman murid. Kesimpulannya, Modul Sequin mempunyai nilai kebolehgunaan yang tinggi terhadap aspek multimedia terutama daripada elemen warna, imej grafik dan animasi. Implikasi kajian menunjukkan Modul Sequin ini boleh diakses dan digunakan oleh guru RBT dan murid Tingkatan satu serta boleh dijadikan salah satu bahan bantu mengajar untuk topik reka bentuk fesyen.

O objetivo da presente pesquisa é identificar se a estrutura de capital das empresas abertas brasileiras é influenciada pelo nível de concentração de capital. Adotou-se como amostra as 104 empresas brasileiras de capital aberto listadas na BM&FBOVESPA, totalizando 1.258 observações para dados anuais do período de 1º de janeiro de 2008 a 31 de dezembro de 2014. Ao utilizar a análise com dados em painel e levar em consideração as variáveis de controle apontadas como relevantes pela literatura, os principais resultados mostraram que (i) a concentração de capital possui uma relação positiva com o endividamento de mercado e com a dívida líquida de longo prazo sobre Patrimônio Líquido de mercado; (ii) as variáveis tamanho, volatilidade, rentabilidade e tangibilidade, destacadas no arquétipo teórico, evidenciaram uma significativa influência na dívida de longo prazo sobre PL a mercado e contábil, e (iii) não houve qualquer tipo de constatação e/ou inferência que a dívida líquida sobre o EBITDA pode trazer implicações para a concentração de capital dos acionistas. Para estudos futuros, sugere-se i) incrementar observações de empresas de capital fechado brasileiras; ii) comparar os resultados obtidos com a estrutura de capital de outros países, e iii) evidenciar e relacionar outras variáveis da literatura não abordadas pela presente pesquisa.
