Abstract: This study examines the effect of the satisfaction with major on career exploration behavior focused on the comparison between 2year and 4year colleges in a sample of 550 of college students majoring in airline service in Choong Chung province. The data was analyzed descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical analysis.
