The effect of the staff development program on nursing evidence-based performance regarding Covid -19 pandemic in the obstetrics - gynaecology and paediatrics departments

Abstract: Background: COVID-19 pandemic constituted significant challenges in obstetric and pediatric health care services. Maternity and paediatrics staff are at high risk of occupational exposure to Covid-19, predominantly among pregnant women and children often asymptomatic for Covid-19 so that infections may go unrecognized.
