The effects of psoriasis on children's health and wellbeing

Abstract: Psoriasis affects around 2% (approximately 1.8 million people) of the UK population. Although psoriasis is often thought of as a condition affecting older adults, it can occur at any point in the lifespan, and around one third of those with the condition experience their first incidence of psoriasis before the age of 16 years.
