The Expediting Effect of Monitoring on Infrastructural Works. A Regression-Discontinuity Approach with Multiple Assignment Variables

Abstract: Decentralised government levels are often entrusted with the management of public works and required to ensure well-timed infrastructure delivery to their communities.
