“…All steps were carried out following the procedure described by Sağsöz and Saruhan. 26 Tissue sections were incubated with the GPx-1 (abcam-ab22604) (1:400) and insulin (abcam ab-181547) (1:1000) primary antibodys overnight at 4 0 C.
