The research area consists of Davda Mountain and its surroundings located between Karaman and the volcanic Karadağ. Throughout the visits made during the vegetation periods between 2013 and 2019, 332 taxa classified in 44 families and 202 genera were identified. Fifty (15.1%) taxa are endemic among the spreading plants. The phytogeographic region elements are Iran-Turanian 70 (21.1%), Mediterranean 34 (10.3%) and Euro-Siberian 4 (1.1%). The richest families are Asteraceae, Lamiaceae, Fabaceae, Poaceae, Brassicaceae, Boraginaceae, Apiaceae, Caryophyllaceae. The genera containing the most taxa are Astragalus Alyssum, Salvia, Centaurea, Galium, Valerianella, Verbascum and Euphorbia. Similarities and differences were tried to be revealed with the studies in the nearby region. Astragalus unalii was described to the scientific world as a new species from the research area.
