The food safety knowledge of street food vendors and the sanitary conditions of their street food vending environment in the Zululand District, South Africa

Abstract: I dedicate this dissertation to the gracious God for the wisdom and strength that propelled me forward making everything possible. This work is also dedicated to my parents who never got the opportunity to study, yet they were able to lay an educational foundation in my career from the beginning till now.
