The Formation of Nanodispersed Composite Metal Structure with Electroslag Surfacing

Abstract: Deposited metal requirements for cycled thermal-force operation were formulated. The influence of metal droplets and slag emulsion circular flow on the formation of an electroslag deposited metal structure is revealed. Micromorphology, ultimate composition and high-temperature properties of refractory deposited metal based on iron, nickel and nickel aluminide Ni 3 Al were studied.
