The Human Pharmacokinetics of Odanacatib, a Novel Cathepsin K Inhibitor, Predicted by Interspecies Scaling: a Retrospective Analysis

Abstract: Aim: The objective of this exercise was to explore the utility of allometry for predicting intravenous and oral pharmacokinetics of odanacatib.
