The Hungarian adaptation of the 25-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale

Abstract: Elméleti háttér: A rezíliencia azon jellemzõket foglalja magában, amelyek elõsegítik a veszé-lyeztetett életkörülmények ellenére történõ sikeres alkalmazkodást, enyhítik a stressz negatív hatásait és lehetõvé teszik a változásokkal szembeni adaptív megküzdést.
