The Impact of Error Management Climate on Employee Performance

Abstract: Based on organizational learning theory, using the sample of 1400 questionnaires, we text the impact of organizational error management climate on employee performance under the Chinese context. The results show that the positive error management climate directly affects the employee's contextual performance; the negative error management climate directly affects the employee's task performance.
