The article describes the features of state financial regulation of investment activities of agro-industrial enterprises. The study reflects the key measures provided by the state to stimulate investment in agriculture. The instruments of financial regulation, such as tax incentives, subsidy and credit programs aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of the agricultural sector, are considered. The study also covers the effective use of financial resources, ensuring the availability of capital and supporting innovative projects in the rural economy. As a result of the work, key aspects of the successful state impact on investment processes in the agro-industrial complex are identified, a model of the agro-enterprise ecosystem is proposed, and recommendations on monitoring the financial stability of agro-industrial enterprises are provided.

Nowadays serious problems of economic transformation are changing the direction of investment flows, so the issue of innovation is incredibly relevant. A number of volatile factors have affected the development of the global economy, and also made future economic prospects even more confusing. The purpose of this study is to explain how modern technologies in agriculture affect the socio-economic development of Russian regions. The methodology used in this work is to evaluate the world experience and practice of modern technologies used in agriculture. How the use of these types of technologies has made agriculture smarter and better. By using smart technology, a farmer can improve his crop and livestock production and save time. Due to the traditional way of farming, farmers are unable to produce more crops and are unable to find the right solution due to lack of information and other necessary things. But with the help of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, farmers can get all the information they need in just one click. The article shows the priority strategic directions for the development of the innovative potential of agriculture and what the state and investors should pay attention to.

The article focuses on the fact that the general struggle for investment resources, both at the state level and at the regional level, forces us to study the essence, content of the investment process, the forms of interaction between its participants in more depth and in detail, assess the investment potential of individual sectors of the economy and look for ways to improve its efficiency. When studying the investment attractiveness of economic sectors, such a methodology was used, which includes three stages: 1) assessment of the socio-economic situation of the region and determination of its rating in Russia; 2) analysis of the dynamics and structure of investments in fixed assets; 3) identification of benefits that provide investment incentives for external investors in the regional system and deter conditions for the development of investment activity. It has been revealed that there is a significant gap between regions in terms of investment activity in the Russian economy, which contradicts the principle of a single economic space of the country. The Kirov region is analysed in relation to other regions of the country in terms of the indicators under consideration. The most attractive sectors of the region’s economy for investors have been identified. The article shows how important it is to assess the investment attractiveness of individual sectors of the economy of the Kirov region in order to offer the most profitable investment projects in the future.
