“…In the mid-1990s, a seasonally constant minimum flow downstream from the Stratos dam was defined through the statistical analysis of the average monthly naturalized discharges of the driest month (August) (Hydroexygiantiki, 1995;Efstratiadis et al, 2014), and in 1996 a constant value (1 m 3 •s -1 ) was assumed downstream from the Evinos dam according to the water resources management plan (Zarris, 2010;Ministry of Environment, 1996).
