The impact of migrant workers’ inclusion on subjective well-being, organizational identification, and organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract: Purpose Building on the social exchange theory, this study aims to investigate the impact of perceived workgroup inclusion on migrant subjective well-being, organization identification and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
