Motivation in learning has a role to foster a sense of pleasure, passion, and enthusiasm for learning. The lack of learning motivation in distance learning is caused by the process of learning, where students can become less active in conveying their opinions and thoughts, causing a boring learning process. Student learning motivation is also influenced by lecturer performance. The purpose of this study was to examine student learning motivation in online learning at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Warmadewa University. Various methods are applied in distance learning activities, including the google meet application, zoom application, google classroom, youtube, television, and whatsapp social media. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were used as research instruments. Sampling was carried out using the saturated sample method or the census method, namely 48 students who took financial management courses as respondents. To test the research instrument, validity and reliability were tested. Classical Assumption Test is used to test the Regression model. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the application of online learning and lecturer performance has a positive and significant impact simultaneously or partially on student learning motivation at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Warmadewa University. Thus, it can be suggested that to support learning more effectively, it is better to use more varied learning methods and learning support facilities need more attention.

To address the shortcomings of the existing comprehensive evaluation methods, the entropy TOPSIS (Technique for Oder Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method was introduced into the comprehensive evaluation of classes students’ grades in college, and the results of year 2019∼2020 of 30 classes student’s major courses of 2 colleges within 2 semesters were used as an example for analysis. The study shows that the entropy TOPSIS method can not only effectively reflect the course differences but also avoid the subjectivity of weight setting and improve the rationality and objectivity of the comprehensive evaluation and ranking of students’ performance in classes, and it can be used as an objective evaluation tool for the external factors affecting students’ performance. At the same time, the internal factors affecting students’ performance are analyzed. It can be found that reasonable sleep time and the cultivation of good study motivation can help improve students’ academic performance. The results of this paper are of great theoretical value and technical reference value for scientific evaluation of student performance in universities.

The Coronavirus outbreak disrupted the global economy and human social activities, including schooling. Because of the worldwide school closure, face-to-face lessons have been stopped. Students desire to participate in real-time online learning was not well understood when the Coronavirus outbreak occurred. Despite this, there has been a progressive return to face-to-face education accompanied by online learning after more than two years of the COVID-19 pandemic. This international survey assessed students' readiness for live online learning using technology rather than the more traditional online/internet self-efficacy scale. This study is needed because of the COVID-19 outbreak (dependent variable). Three hypotheses were substantiated with the partial least square method to develop a structural equation model containing all four variables. Students' grades were shown to be directly influenced by factors such as temperature, lighting, and noise. Three distinct elements influence university students' long-term viability (human resources). Males and females were found to have no statistically significant differences. We contend that during the Coronavirus pandemic, the gender disparity in learning was minimized because students were pushed to take greater responsibility for their education. Educators utilizing live online learning, particularly those educating students at various educational levels, can benefit greatly from this research. Students pursuing lower-level degrees should be encouraged to engage in more virtual activities and student-to-student relationships.
