The Impact of Organizational Justice Dimensions on the Quality of Work Life During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract: This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of the dimensions of organizational justice on the quality of work life of female lecturers at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang.
