The Impact of Perceived Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour: A Reserch on Nurses

Abstract: Bu çalışmanın birincil amacı, Konya ilinde faaliyet gösteren bir hastanedeki hemşirelerin örgütsel adalet algıları ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişkilerini analiz etmektir.
