The Impact of Relationship-Oriented and Task-Oriented Management Styles on Organizational Climate in Tehran's High Schools

Abstract: The present study was aimed to examine the effect of relationship-oriented and task-oriented management styles on organizational atmosphere in Tehran's high schools in 2016.
