The Impact of Work Stress on Employee Productivity: Based in the Banking sector of Faisalabad, Pakistan

Abstract: The study investigated the impact of work stress on employee productivity. The study sought to find out how work-related stress could affect the productivity of banking staff of Faisalabad, Pakistan. In addition, it identified certain factors which contribute to work stress among banking.
