At present, science and technology have become an important step in the reform and development of sports, promoting the vigorous development of sports in our country. From the perspective of virtual computer technology, this paper applies virtual computer technology to modern training and designs a training system for volleyball players based on virtual reality technology. First, collect the sports data of the athletes, use the virtual reality perception interaction model to input the data into the virtual environment generation unit, perform data fusion under the control of the simulation management module, and combine the database in the sports simulation volleyball training data unit and the sports in the image card Behavioral interpretation, simulating 3D modeling based on User settings within the 3D Model Processor. The test results show that the system helps to improve the training effect of athletes, saves the cost of sports training, and has high practical application value.

Las escuelas de la era digital son responsables de incluir dentro de sus prácticas cotidianas las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC); en esa medida, a través de la presente investigación se realiza un proceso de incorporación de TIC al área de Educación Física, Recreación y Deportes para aportar al uso de estas herramientas en este campo académico, brindando solución a la problemática de carencia de uso de TIC en el área deportiva escolar. La herramienta TIC implementada corresponde al software educativo multimedia Ludos. El estudio de tipo cuantitativo correlacional se realizó en Bogotá D.C. con un grupo de 30 estudiantes de grado quinto del Colegio Paraíso Mirador con el objetivo de determinar la eficacia de uso del sobre las habilidades psicomotrices de la población seleccionada. Los resultados se obtuvieron a través de la aplicación de pretest y postest haciendo aplicación de la prueba Piaget-Head y Batería Ozeretsky. Los hallazgos confirmaron que el uso de este software incrementa las habilidades de psicomotricidad, lo cual constituye una oportunidad para demostrar que es posible desarrollar procesos educativos de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el área de Educación Física, incorporando a las clases elementos didácticos que son posibles gracias al desarrollo tecnológico de la era digital.Abstract. Schools of the digital era are responsible for including Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) within their daily practices. Through the present investigation, a process of incorporation of ICTs in the area of Physical Education, recreation, and sports, is carried out. The main purpose is to use these tools in the academic field, providing solution to the lack of use of ICTs in the school sports field. The Educational Multimedia software "Ludos" was selected for its implementation. This correlational, quantitative study was carried out in the city of Bogotá with a group of 30 fifth-grade students from the “School Paraíso Mirador”, with the objective of determining the effectiveness of the mentioned tool in developing psychomotor skills in the selected sample. The results were obtained by a pre-post-test analysis of scores from the Piaget-Head and the Ozeretsky battery tests. The findings confirmed that the use of this software increases psychomotor abilities, which may indicate that it is possible to develop teaching-learning educational processes in the area of physical education by incorporating didactic elements through Technological tools from the digital era.

The main objective of this research is to analyze the effect of target game practice and over-the-wall practice to increase the accuracy of the top serve. This research was conducted on 30 students participating in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMAN 1 Balinggi. There were three groups, each group numbering 10 people, namely group 1 was given target game practice, group 2 was given training on serving against the wall with a target and the control group. Data retrieval is done by testing the service accuracy using the service accuracy test. Data analysis used paired t-test and Way ANOVA with = 0.05. Results: there is a significant effect of target game practice on the accuracy of the upper serve with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. There is a significant effect of top-serve training with a target on the accuracy of the top service with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. There was a significant difference between the three groups in the accuracy of serving over 18.894>t3.39. Group 1 was better than Group 2 and Group 3 in improving their top serve accuracy. Conclusion: There is a significant effect of target game practice and over-the-wall practice with targets in improving the accuracy of the top serve.
