To study the improvement of the entrepreneurial performance of start-ups and achieve an organic combination of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial performance, the entrepreneurial group of college students was taken as the springboard to discuss the entrepreneurial performance of start-ups initiated by college students. First, through questionnaire design and scale selection, the results of the questionnaire survey and the reliability and validity of the scale tool were tested. Second, the variable of college students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy based on psychological factor analysis was introduced. The correlations among entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial selfefficacy, and entrepreneurial performance were analyzed. Finally, the intermediary role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy was verified by using the hierarchical linear regression analysis method combined with the BARON three-part verification method. The results show that the response rate of the questionnaire is 92%, and the selection of research samples is scientific. The Cronbach's α reliability coefficients corresponding to each scale are all above 0.8, and the common factor variances are all above 0.7. Therefore, the reliability and validity of scale tools are good. Entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial performance are significantly correlated with each other. The college students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a good explanatory ability and plays an intermediary role; in the entrepreneurial innovation learning dimension, its corresponding β = 0.257; in the dimension of school organizational support, the corresponding β = 0.439; in the dimension of social interaction, the corresponding β = 0.238. The results have a reference value for studying entrepreneurship education and the improvement of entrepreneurial performance from a psychological level.

Leadership of modern organizations depend upon ever greater levels of information technology (IT) now, such as big data and management & data analytics, a trend which shows no sign of abating now. However, not all modern organizations have benefited from such IT investments, resulting in mixed perceptions on the value of IT. Organizations must be knowledgeable in order to properly utilize IT tools and be able to apply that knowledge to create unique competencies in order to gain sustained advantage from IT investments. Information technology in the modern organizations has been proposed as the mechanism to accomplish the leadership in the concerned industries. Existing empirical research demonstrates that IT may indeed act as a mediator for the effect of leadership on modern organizational outcomes. Yet, this study is not consistent in the conceptualizations of the relationships involved, nor in their definitions and measurement of IT investment spending. Thus, they chase numerous creative and innovative procedures and approaches while adding a substantial role of informational technology in the administration of such practice. This study aims to address these concerns in an organization setting by using structural equation modelling (SEM) to compare the effectiveness of descriptive and normative measures of IT as mediating variables in knowledge-intensive organizations. Implications for research and practice are discussed.

Motivation: Knowledge management in an organization is a new and less explored area in business literature and business practice. The scope of changes to enterprises influenced by competitive environment forces them to continuous seeking new ways of achieving the success. So-called intangible development factors start to be extremely meaningfulespecially knowledge, consciously gained, created and disseminated through diversified methods aimed at shaping employees' appropriate behaviours and developing information technology, which succours this process. Applying this approach requires the proper preparation of the organizational background and the system operation allowing the selection of a specific model. There are a lot of knowledge management models for organisation's decision-makers to be able to manage the resources properly and skilfully. Aim: The aim of the article is to present the significance of knowledge management models' use in modern organizations. The authors constructed 2 main research questions for which they sought answers within the collection of empirical material: What are the main knowledge management models used in a company? And How can models influence the effectiveness of an organization? The following research hypothesis has been constructed: In practice management has not yet developed appropriate models for evaluating and diagnosing the impact of models on the effectiveness of business decisions. The empirical material was collected by means of a qualitative method and the technique used was a secondary analysis of the existing data in the form of thematic sources. Results: The results of the review of the literature of the subject are presented as a synthetic description. Literary research was conducted at the turn of 2016 and 2017. Added value is a review of existing models that can be used in management practice.
