The influence of experimental biliary peritonitis on optical density of blood plasma and renal function

Abstract: In experiments on 76 albino non-line male rats it was established, that the duration of the experimental biliary peritonitis 24 hours after discrete flow of autobile from the common bile duct of rats through the formed defect of its wall by thermocoagulation into peritoneal cavity, causes of the possible growth of optical density of blood plasma at wavelength of 280 nm and kidneys damage with disorders of the proximal, distal reabsorbtion of sodium ions and decrease of proteine excretion.
