The influence of heterogeneity of somatic mammalian cell system on mutagenesis manifestation induced by transforming genes of adenovims

Abstract: На основании анализа литературных и собственных данных предложена математическая модель проявления индуцированного мутагенеза, учитывающая клеточную гетерогенность по периоду деления в системе онкогенный аденовирус-соматическая клетка млекопитающих. Исследовано влияние параметров, использованных при построении математической модели, на динамику мутагенеза. Результаты теоретических расчетов сопоставляются с экспериментальными данными.
