The Influence of Leadership Style on Teacher Job Satisfaction

Abstract: The article examines the effects of principals’ leadership style (transformational or transactional), principals’ decision-making strategy (autocratic versus participative), and teachers’occupation perceptions on teacher satisfaction from the job.
