The influence of leadership styles and supervisor communication on employee burnout

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the communicative factors enacted by supervisors’ leadership, including supervisors’ perceived communication competence and workers’ communication satisfaction with their supervisors that predict employees’ feeling of burnout.
