“…This is similar to Ethiopia's leadership. Transformational leadership style plays a positive role for academicians in Ethiopia's higher education institutions (Kebede & Demeke, 2017). Besides, Ethiopian healthcare professionals' research revealed that transformational leadership influenced employees' OCB (Abdullahi, Z. J., Ma, Z., Tehzeeb, M., Ethel, A., & Elvis, 2017).Satisfied workers are more likely to contribute and be committed to their organizations.…”

Another research conducted in Ethiopia secondary school on perceived leadership effectiveness and relationship within academic results among students revealed that leadership might ultimately impact students' academic achievement (Dessalegn, Bekalu, & Frew, 2016;Geleta & Amsale, 2016).…”

“…This applies to scenarios where superior SCQ is a requirement for the overall performance of the supply chain. For instance, when supervision is lacking, which is what happens during passive-avoidant leadership, some employees generally tend to lower the expected standards of performance and apply minimum efforts in their work (Kabede & Demeke 2017). As a result, organisational systems and procedures suffer, leading to a decrease in quality standards.…”
