Abstract:This study aims to determine Marketing Mix, Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction with the intention to purchase granite and marble natural stone in the company. The research with quantitative descriptive methods conducted in March 2020 for customers of PT. Intinusa Selareka Tbk. The sample used was 100 people and the sampling technique was done by simple random sampling. Data obtained using a questionnaire and processed using Smart PLS 3.0 analysis.
