The Influence of Motivation, Compensation and Work Discipline toward Employee Performance at PT. Mewah Indah Jaya

Abstract: This research was conducted to explain the partial or simultaneous influence of the variables of motivation, compensation, and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT.
