The Influence of Psychological Empowerment & Turnover Intention Through Career Growth in Pharmaceutical Companies, Lahore, Pakistan

Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the impact of psychological empowerment on employee turnover intention with the moderating effect of career growth.
