The Influence of Service Quality, Institutional Reputation, Students’ Satisfaction on Students’ Loyalty in Higher Education Institution

Abstract: Research highlights the influence of service quality, institutional reputation, student satisfaction in building student loyalty. Quantitative approach was used with a survey method.
