Research highlights the influence of service quality, institutional reputation, student satisfaction in building student loyalty. Quantitative approach was used with a survey method. The research respondents were 185 students from PGRI University Palembang. Analysis techniques using variance-based structural equation models (SEM) SmartPLS. The results of the study shows that service quality has a significant effect on reputation and student satisfaction, but service quality and student satisfaction have no significant effect on student loyalty. On the contrary, the reputation of an institution has a very significant direct effect on loyalty. Student service quality has a significant indirect effect on student loyalty through the reputation of the institution, this implies that the reputation of the institution carries a relative influence relationship between service quality on student loyalty. These findings can help higher education institutions to make better strategic plans to increase student loyalty.
The objective of this research is to describe the practice of mindful leadership at the IABS-Plum Village Buddhist Monastery Upper Hamlet, France, looking at the abbot's pattern and role in developing and managing the Institute of Advanced Buddhist Studies and the monastery. This research uses the approach of qualitative research with the method of a single case study. The research data collection uses the techniques of observation, interview, and documentation study. The research procedure used in this research consists of several research steps utilizing the case study method of Robert K. Yin: research planning, research design, research preparation, research data collection, research data analysis, and doing the research report. The research analysis is done by pattern matching. The data validity testing through data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The result of this research shows that mindful leadership can develop the ability to develop compassion and attention without judgment. The study shows that a leader has compassion towards global issues and can accept with openness. A leader who practices mindfulness for a long time can direct towards openness of one's self to others. The leader can lead with compassion and care and also understand hi members well. The ability to develop this compassion shows the ability to listen without judgment, not blame, and not discriminate.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangakan model supervisi klinis berbasis informasi dan teknologi, metode yang digunakan adalah reseacrh dan development (R&D), meliputi tahap: research and information collecting, planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing. main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, operational field testing, final product revision, dissemination and implementation Temuan Hasil penelitian berdasarkan tahapan R&D: pertama berdasarkan kajian konsep model supervsi klinis dikembangkan berbasis konsep yang dikemukakan Glickman yang mengemukakan lima tahap supervise kilinis yaitu: (1) pra konferensi dengan guru; (2) observasi kelas;(3) analisis interpretasi observasi dan menetapkan pendekatan konverensi; (4) pertemuan yang dilakukan setelah melakukan observasi; (5) Melakukan kritik empat langkah Kelima tahapan tersebut dilakukan dengan memanfaat informasi dan teknologi. Ke dua persepsi atau pemahaman guru, kepala sekolah tentang supervisi klinis belum tuntas. Ke tiga mengembangkan panduan supervisi klinis berbasis informasi dan teknologi sebagai terobosan untuk memandu guru meningkatkan kompetensi mengajarnya dan pihak yang terlibat melaksanakan supervisi klinis berbasis informasi dan teknologi. This study aims to find out the collaboration between class teachers, special guidance teachers, and parents of children with special needs. In addition, it also knows the optimization of the developmental aspects of children with special needs which include academic attitudes, social skills, emotions, and independence. This study used qualitative research methods. The process of data collection is done using the method of interviews, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis using the model presented by Miles and Huberman includes the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions based on facts in the field. The results of the study show that good collaboration between classroom teachers, special guidance teachers, and parents in the process of education in schools strongly supports the development of children with special needs. The development of aspects of social skills is more prominent than the development of aspects of academic attitudes, emotional development, and independence.
This research is a single case study using a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data consisting of written or oral words resulted from interviews and observation. The research was carried out at Buddhist Higher Education Institute, the Institute of Advanced Buddhist Studies – Plum Village Buddhist Monastery Upper Hamlet of France. The research procedures used in this case study consist of six steps of case study research by Robert K. Yin. The research data collection was obtained by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data analysis techniques are used through pattern matching, explanation making, and analyzing data time series. This research found that mindful leadership can develop concentration and be more focused and have clarity. Clarity within the leader can bring up conditions of calm and peace that give a significant effect on how to respond to an existing condition. By being calm, then the leader has clarity and creativity. This situation helps the leader to recognize what is happening and helps further to decide what to do. This decision helps leadership in responding to the situation. Mindful leadership focuses on actions and internal circumstances, not on intellectual quality. The development of the leaders’ internal state is related to the behavior and emotional state of each of them. Leadership that provides democratic qualities in the delivery of opinions and decision-making processes both personally and collectively strengthen the effectiveness of his leadership, and develop essential behaviors related to emotional and social intelligence.
