The influence of specific training load on the level of reactive and planned agility in floorball

Abstract: The aim of our research was to verify the impact of the selected training means of training load in the interval of 10 weeks during the competition period in the season 2021/2022 and to diagnose changes in selected indicators of reactive and planned agility in the senior extra-league woman team of floorball players in the club VŠK PdF UK Hurikán Bratislava.
