“…The investigated temperature range was from low to room temperature. The revealed increase of the built-in electric field was ascribed to the temperature dependence of piezoelectric polarization; however, this explanation cannot be applied to our study, since sufficient thickness of van Hoof structures screens polarization effects …”

“…Simultaneously, in order to provide the band bending modulation, the external AC voltage (about 3 kV, 280 Hz) was applied on the sample mounted in the capacitor-like holder constructed of copper block (bottom electrode) and copper mesh (upper electrode). The sample was glued with silver paste to the bottom electrode about 0.5 mm beneath the upper one . The holder was equipped with the heater and Pt100 temperature sensor coupled with the Lakeshore temperature controller allowing measurements in the 298–440 K temperature range in ambient air.…”

“…These photosensitive materials have the property of releasing their electrons under the influence of external energy. This is the photovoltaic effect (Zdanowicz et al, 2022;Zeng et al, 2022). A photovoltaic solar generator is composed of photovoltaic modules; they are composed of photovoltaic cells connected between them.…”
