The market for greenhouse gas emissions quotas as an incentive on the way to a low-carbon economy

Abstract: The article considers the issues of analyzing the problems associated with greenhouse gas emissions in various sectors of the world economy. It is noted that in recent decades greenhouse gases have caused global damage, such as global warming and climate change.
