The Mediating Role of Ethics in the Relationship Between Attitudes and Corruption

Abstract: This research examines the roles of ethics in the relations between individual attitudes and corruption in Iraqi universities. Correlation analysis and linear regression are used to estimate the relations among individual attitudes, ethics, and corruption. Gleaned from 600 female and male workers, and analyzed with the SPSS software, the experimental data confirm that Individual attitude has negative associated with corruption.
