The mediation effect of destination image on the relationship between local cuisine elements and destination selection: The case of Hatay

Abstract: This study aims to empirically test a model linking destination image, destination selection, and local cuisine elements. The study also analyzes the mediating effect of destination image on the relationship between local cuisine elements and destination selection.
