The Metabolic Syndrome and Antioxidant Concentrations

Abstract: Oxidative stress may play a role in the pathophysiology of diabetes and cardiovascular disease, but little is known about antioxidant status among individuals with the metabolic syndrome who are at high risk for developing these conditions.
