The Moderating Effects of Organizational Culture on the Relationship between Work Motivation and Work Commitment of University Academic Staff

Abstract: The link between the work motivation and work commitment is well established in a variety of work settings. However, the role of organizational culture is not explored in depth, especially as a moderator between work motivation and work commitment.
