The National Clinical Skills Competition Promotes the Construction of a Comprehensive Training Program for Chinese Medical Students

Abstract: To explore an efficient training program based on an analysis in organizing seven sessions for the National ClinicalSkills Competition in China. Each year, 6-12 excellent medical students of our university are selected as anobservation team. Comparisons of the teaching characteristics were performed in this study.
