The Nature of Dreams in Persons with Neurological Disorders

Abstract: A theoretical analysis of the features of dreams in people who have suffered a stroke is presented in the ar­ticle. The content of dreams may indicate the presence of somatic abnormalities, but in a distorted, symbolic form. In stroke, sleep disorders are a negative predictor of the effectiveness of the rehabili­tation stage.
