The optical properties of rare-earth multi-ferroelectric thin-film LuFeO 3 and LuFe 1-x Mn x O 3 fabricated with Sol-gel method

Abstract: RMO 3 (R=rare earth, M=Fe, Mn, Ni) is a kind of multi-ferroelectric material 1 while Lu is a element which has been widely used in electroluminescence area. Material constituted with Fe and Lu is thought to have special properties on electromagnetic coupling due to the reactivity of Lu and the magnetism of Fe.
