The Pursuit of Organizational Well-Being-an Exploratory Study in a Public Research Agency

Abstract: Abstract-The aim of this paper is to identify the key areas that contribute to organizational well-being in the Italian National Research Council (CNR), the major Public Research Agency in Italy. “…Adhesions to this project were, above all, by local authorities, health services and schools, whereas only 4.56% were by universities and 1.30% were by research agencies.
