The Reciprocal Relationship between LDL Metabolism and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract: Type 2 diabetes mellitus and insulin resistance feature substantial modifications of the lipoprotein profile, including a higher proportion of smaller and denser low-density lipoprotein (LDL) particles.
