Goat farming produced environmental pollution from livestock waste. On the other hand, the waste has economic value after being processed into compost. The farmers should not only be able to grow the goat but also process the waste into compost. The study aimed to analyze the influence of duration being a farmer, the level of education of farmers, and the number of goats on the farmer's knowledge of waste processing in the Banyumas Regency. The research used a survey method. The sample has been determined by multi-stage sampling. The number of 78 respondents have been selected from each village using the Slovin formula. Then, the data has been presented using the descriptive method and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results showed that the duration of being a goat farmer was classified as the old category (>20 years), the education level of goat farmers was categorized as low (elementary school), the number of goats was moderate (4-7 heads). Farmer's knowledge of processing goat waste was in the medium category. The level of education has a significant effect and the number of goats has a significant effect on the farmer's knowledge of waste management. The duration being farmer did not significantly affect the knowledge of farmers about the waste management.

Islam discusses all aspects of life, including animal handling. This research aimed to explore the concept of animal welfare from the Islamic perspective. The research is a qualitative research using inferential methods. The data was collected using the thematic methods of the Quran interpretation (tafsir maudhui) on animals in the Quran and Hadis and analyzed using the ma’na cum maghza approach. The results showed that the concept of animal welfare in the Islamic perspective derives from three aspects of the animal position as beneficiaries for humans, as God’s creatures, as communities, and part of macrocosmic. The construction of animal welfare in Islam accommodates ethical and legal aspects of treating animals which include basic food sufficiency, adequate rest, safety and comfort, and basic freedom of animal life. In general, the practice of animal welfare in Islam is theology-based ethics that is closely related to human functions as God’s vice-gerents. Thus, the concept of animal welfare from the Islamic perspective is holistic sustainability that includes the welfare of all beings. This research aimed to revealed and examined how groups of religious groups, especially student groups who are members of the congregational prayer community, provided students with the correct religious understanding to prevent radicalism on campus. The participants of this study were student religious groups belonging to the congregational prayer movement for students on campus. The number of informants in this study was 48 people with the snowball sampling technique according to research needs and the fulfillment of information. The method used is a qualitative method with interpretive analysis that reveals the meaning and analyzes facts systematically. The findings of this study were that student religious groups who broadcasted and socialized congregational prayers in can provide students with a true religious understanding and could prevent radicalism with a narrow religious understanding.
