“…In the analysis conducted to determine the origin of the difference between the total score mean of the Xenophobia Scale and the grade they studied in our study, it was found that the mean score of the 4th-grade students was higher than the mean score of the first-grade students. According to Gungor et al similar to our study, the xenophobia levels of first-year undergraduate nursing students were lower compared to the second- and fourth-year students (Gungor et al, 2021). While in Karatas and Guzel’s studies, xenophobia did not show a statistically significant difference between the groups with different grades of education in terms of xenophobia level, in the study conducted by Ankarali et al, differences were observed in some questions, but not in others.…”

“…Therefore, as a result of the research, no study was found to compare these results among health students. According to Gungor et al in her work with nursing and vocational schools of health services students the xenophobia levels of nursing students were lower compared to the first-year vocational school students (Gungor et al, 2021). Karatas and Guzel’s study with university students, it was observed that the mean of those studying at the Faculty of Maritime was higher than the Faculty of Theology (Karataş & Güzel, 2020).…”
