Data were analyzed with the SPSS 21.0 program using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression. In nursing students premenstrual syndrome was significantly positive correlated with stress(r=-.396, p<.001) and menstrual attitude(r=-.176, p=.027). The significant factors that influence premenstrual syndrome were stress(β=.36, p<.001) and dysmenorrhea (β=.22, p=.003), which explained 19.4%. The results indicate a need to manage the premenstrual syndrome of nursing students.
