The Relationship between Transformation Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Employee Motivation in the Tourism Industry

Abstract: The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between transformation leadership, job satisfaction, and employee motivation in the Vietnam tourism industry (VTI).
