The Relationship between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture in Colleges of Physical Education in Jordan

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between deansʼ' transformational leadership styles and organizational culture as perceived by faculty members and teaching assistants in colleges of physical education in Jordan.Seventy two faculty members and teaching assistants participated in this study.
